These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Coco App (“Coco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a product operated by Oryon Technologies LLC.
By creating an account or using Coco, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Child Safety Standards.
1. Eligibility
Coco is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By using Coco, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
Coco may use age verification measures and may restrict or terminate access when age requirements cannot be verified or when information provided is false or misleading.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information associated with your account and for activity occurring through your account.
You must not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, misuse another user's account, or attempt to bypass account restrictions or security measures.
Coco may assign a unique user ID to each account.
3. Using Coco
Coco provides social communication and interactive features that may include profiles, messages, video calls, follows, matches, virtual gifts, and other features made available within the platform.
You must use Coco lawfully and comply with our Community Guidelines.
Coco does not permit content or conduct exploitation, minors, grooming, harassment, threats, violence, hate, fraud, impersonation, spam, illegal activity, or other harmful or abusive behavior.
4. Your Content
You remain responsible for photos, videos, messages, profile information, and other content you submit or share through Coco.
You must have the necessary rights to use and share your content and must not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person.
You grant Oryon Technologies LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transmit, display, and process your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, and provide Coco.
Coco may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the rights of others.
5. Protection of User Content
Coco uses technical measures to restrict screenshots, screen recordings, and downloads of content within the platform.
You must not attempt to bypass these protections or copy, record, download, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use another user's content without authorization.
6. Video Calls and Communications
Video calls are transmitted in real time and are not routinely recorded or stored by Coco.
Coco may retain technical information related to communications and evidence associated with user reports, safety investigations, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal requirements.
Users are responsible for their conduct during chats, calls, and other interactions.
7. Virtual Coins and Items
Coco may offer virtual coins, gifts, or other digital items for use within the platform.
Virtual items:

are intended only for use within Coco;

are not money, cryptocurrency, electronic money, or a financial account;

cannot be redeemed for cash by users;

cannot be sold or transferred outside Coco; and

may only be used for eligible features made available by Coco.

Prices and applicable conditions are displayed before purchase.
Purchased virtual coins do not expire while the account remains active, except where otherwise required or permitted by applicable law or platform rules.
Deleting your account may result in the loss of unused virtual items, subject to applicable law.
8. Mobile Purchases and Refunds
Purchases made within Coco on iOS or Android are processed through the applicable app store and are also subject to the terms and payment rules of Apple App Store or Google Play.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the applicable app store policies and any rights available under applicable law.

9. Moderation, Reports and Enforcement
Users may report content, accounts, or behavior through Coco's reporting tools.
Coco may review reports and take reasonable action to protect users and enforce these Terms, including:

removing or restricting content;

limiting access to features;

temporarily suspending accounts; or

permanently terminating accounts.

Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Users in the European Union may have additional rights concerning moderation decisions under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
Coco, including its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Oryon Technologies LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or create unauthorized derivative works from Coco or its proprietary materials.

Your notice should identify the protected work, the content you believe infringes it, your contact information, and sufficient information for us to review the request.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Coco and permanently delete your account at any time.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Coco may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or creates a significant safety or security risk.
12. Service Availability
Coco may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available in every country, device, or operating system.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Coco is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, Oryon Technologies LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the conduct, identity, statements, or actions of other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oryon Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Coco.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
14. Regional Rights
United States
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Canada
Canadian users retain any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable federal and provincial law.
Coco is not currently offered to residents of Quebec.
European Union
Users located in the European Union retain all mandatory rights provided by applicable EU and national consumer laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights concerning digital services, privacy, and platform moderation.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, legal requirements, or policies change.
When required, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Continued use of Coco after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
