Community Guidelines

Coco is a community for adults to meet, communicate, and interact safely.
These Community Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on Coco. They apply to profiles, photos, videos, messages, video calls, and all other activity within the platform.
1. Adults Only
Coco is only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
Minors are not permitted to create or use an account.
Any content involving the sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Inappropriate and Sexual Content
Coco does not allow nudity, pornographic or sexually explicit content, sexual services, exploitation, or other inappropriate sexual behavior.
These rules apply to profiles, messages, video calls, and other activity within Coco.
3. Respect Other Users
Do not:

harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or blackmail others;

use hateful or discriminatory language;
-
stalk or repeatedly contact someone who does not want further communication;

humiliate, shame, or deliberately target another user;

encourage violence or harmful behavior.

Users must respect the boundaries and consent of others.
4. Authenticity and Fraud
Do not:

impersonate another person;
-
use misleading photos or information to deceive others;
-
create accounts for scams or fraudulent activity;

send spam or malicious links;
-
attempt to obtain passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information from users;

manipulate or abuse Coco features, promotions, or systems.
5. Illegal and Dangerous Activity
Coco may not be used to promote, organize, request, or participate in illegal or dangerous activity.
This includes exploitation, trafficking, violence, threats, illegal goods or services, fraud, or other unlawful conduct.
6. Privacy and Personal Information
Respect the privacy of other users.
Do not share another person's private or identifying information without authorization.
Coco uses technical measures to restrict screenshots, screen recordings, and downloads within the platform.
Users must not attempt to bypass these protections or copy, record, download, distribute, or publish another user's content without authorization.
7. Profiles and Content
Content uploaded to Coco must:

belong to you or be used with proper permission;

accurately represent you;

comply with these Guidelines;

not infringe another person's copyright, privacy, or other rights.
Coco may remove or restrict content that violates these Guidelines.
8. Reporting and Blocking
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, use Coco's in-app reporting or blocking tools.
Reports may be reviewed by Coco's moderation team.

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Coco may:

remove or restrict content;

issue warnings;

limit access to certain features;

temporarily suspend an account; or

permanently terminate an account.
Serious or unlawful conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

If you believe Coco took action against your account or content by mistake, you may request a review through the available appeal process or contact:
Users in the European Union may have additional rights regarding certain moderation decisions under applicable law.
